2. What this statement covers
This statement covers the personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us or work with us professionally.
When we process personal data on behalf of a client, for example in software or systems we build or host for that client, that client is the controller and we are the processor. In that case the client's privacy statement and our Data Processing Agreement apply.
3. What data, why and for how long

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no files from third parties.
5. Sharing with others
We do not sell personal data. We only share personal data with:
- service providers that support us, for example for email, accounting and payments, under a data processing agreement;
- iPublications B.V., our sole shareholder, which provides the datacenter infrastructure our services run on;
- authorities we are legally required to provide data to, such as the Dutch Tax Administration.
6. Where your data is stored
Our own systems are located in the Netherlands, in the datacenter of iPublications B.V. If a service provider (for example for email) processes data outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, need-to-know access, and running and managing our own infrastructure ourselves.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to [email protected]. We respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.
If you have a complaint, please let us know. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not use profiling.
